When you purchase or license our software, or request support, information intended to identify you is not requested or systematically collected.

The Company does not collect or store the following types of data:

Identity and contact information:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address

Commercial and transaction information:

  • Payment or billing information
  • Details of purchased licenses
  • Content shared in support requests

Project and engineering data:

  • Model files
  • Calculation outputs
  • Analysis data

When the Software is run, limited technical information may be processed for license verification:

Device identifier data:

  • A hardware-based unique identifier (for example a MAC address or similar)
  • A device identifier derived by the system

This data:

  • is used only for license verification.
  • is not used for user behaviour analysis or tracking.

If the content you store in the Software contains personal data belonging to third parties, you accept that you have the legal authority required to process that data.

The Software may process limited additional technical data to ensure compliance with the license agreement.

Is my personal data transferred abroad?

The Software runs mainly on the local device.

However, as part of license verification, limited technical data (for example a device identifier) may be sent to Company systems when required.

Such data transfer:

  • takes place only to the extent necessary.
  • is carried out in line with applicable legislation.

For what purposes and on what legal bases is the collected data used?

The Company processes limited technical data for the following purposes:

Providing and managing the license:

  • Verifying licensed use of the Software
  • Preventing unauthorised use
  • Protecting license integrity

Legitimate interests:

  • Ensuring software security
  • Detecting license violations
  • Combating misuse and software piracy

Legal reasons:

  • Responding to requests from competent authorities
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Using the necessary data to resolve possible disputes

The Company:

  • does not process data for marketing purposes.
  • does not analyse user behaviour
  • does not create profiles

Is my personal data shared with third parties?

The Company:

  • does not sell personal data
  • does not share data for marketing purposes

Data may be shared only in the following cases:

  • Preventing fraud or misuse
  • Detecting unlawful activity
  • Requests from competent public authorities

Is my personal data secure?

Where appropriate, the Company applies:

  • technical security measures
  • access controls
  • data protection processes

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where and for how long is data stored?

Most of the data processed by the Software is kept on the user's own device.

Limited technical data processed for license verification may be stored on Company systems for as long as necessary.

The Company:

  • stores only the data required for license verification
  • deletes the data once it is no longer required

A deletion request may affect the operation of the Software.

What rights do I have regarding my personal data?

Under applicable legislation, you may:

  • request access to your data
  • ask for it to be corrected
  • request its deletion
  • object to its processing
